What is Special Education?

Special Education ensures that students with unique learning needs have equal access to a high-quality education. It is not a specific place, but rather a set of individualized services and specialized instruction provided at no cost to families.

Through an Individualized Education Program (IEP), we tailor instruction, modify assignments, and provide accommodations to help every child reach their full potential in the least restrictive environment possible.
