Attendance & Absence Reporting

Regular attendance is vital to your child's academic success, but we understand that illnesses and emergencies happen. If your child will be absent for any reason, you must notify the school office before 9:00 AM on the day of the absence. Please contact us directly by calling the office at 760-765-0336 or by emailing us at spencervalley@svesd.net. When reporting an absence, please remember to include your child's full name, their teacher's name, and the specific reason for the absence so we can update our records accurately.
